Terms of Service

ViewHack is a software-as-a-service tool for short-form content creators. It helps users create scripts, score scripts, generate pre-publication predictions, register publications, and analyze T+3 retros.

By creating an account or using ViewHack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ViewHack does not guarantee views, revenue, virality, engagement, follower growth, or platform performance.

AI-generated scores, predictions, retros, recommendations, and learning notes are suggestions and analytical aids. They are not guaranteed outcomes and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, medical, investment, or platform compliance advice.

You are responsible for your own scripts, content, publishing decisions, account strategy, claims, disclosures, and compliance with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and any other platform rules that apply to your content.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before publishing or relying on it.

You keep the rights to your scripts, drafts, notes, publication data, retro data, and other content you submit to ViewHack.

You grant ViewHack a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service, including script generation, scoring, prediction, retro analysis, calibration history, account learning memory, support, security, and product improvement.

ViewHack may offer a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will renew automatically according to the billing option you chose. You can cancel future renewals through the billing flow or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund past charges unless our Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may not use ViewHack to break laws, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property, create deceptive or harmful content, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse free trials, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with service security or availability.

You may not submit content that you do not have the right to use or content that contains sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and accept the risks of doing so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay required subscription fees.

You may stop using ViewHack at any time. You can contact support to request account deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewHack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, platform account issues, content performance, indirect damages, consequential damages, or decisions you make based on ViewHack outputs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to ViewHack for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of ViewHack after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
