1. Data we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login data, and authentication details.

We collect creator profile data, scripts and drafts, notes, scoring outputs, prediction records, publication records, retro metrics, comments you provide, learning-memory data, calibration history, billing or subscription status, and support messages.

We also collect technical logs, device and browser information, IP address, cookies, usage events, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide ViewHack services, including script creation, AI script scoring, pre-publication prediction, T+3 retro analysis, calibration history, and account learning memory.

We also use data to process subscriptions, maintain your account, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, monitor reliability, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

ViewHack may send scripts, drafts, profile context, scores, predictions, retros, notes, and related metadata to AI model providers to generate scoring, prediction, retro analysis, and learning-memory features.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not submit sensitive personal information in scripts, drafts, notes, or retros.

4. Third-party processors

We may use third-party processors to operate ViewHack, including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI or another AI model provider for AI features, Paddle or Stripe if payments are enabled, and Cloudflare for domain, security, or email routing if relevant.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to ViewHack, subject to their own terms, privacy commitments, and data processing practices.

5. Cookies and logs

ViewHack may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, analytics, and product functionality.

Server and application logs may be used to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, and understand product usage.

6. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain calibration history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

You can request deletion of your account or certain personal data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. User rights
