Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains trial cancellation, subscription cancellation, and refund request handling.

1. Free trial and cancellation

ViewHack may offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not want to continue after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will renew automatically and your payment method may be charged.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through the billing flow or by contacting support@view-hack.com.

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.

3. Refund requests

You can contact support@view-hack.com for refund requests.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law. Please include the account email, plan, charge date, and reason for the request.

4. When refunds may be denied

Refunds may be denied if the service has been substantially used, if the account has abused the service, if the request is excessive or repetitive, or if we detect fraud, trial abuse, or policy violations.

We do not provide refunds because ViewHack did not guarantee views, revenue, virality, engagement, follower growth, or platform performance.

5. Payment processors

If payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, refund requests may also be handled according to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy.

If payments are processed by Stripe, refunds may be processed through ViewHack support.

6. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
